Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using MajorDomo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What MajorDomo does

MajorDomo is an AI assistant that helps you manage everyday tasks — such as emails, calendar events, customer support follow-ups, refund tracking, appointment bookings, and document organization. Some tasks are completed automatically, and some are completed with the help of a human MajorDomo expert when judgment or a call to a third party is required.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when connecting accounts or describing a task.
• Review and approve actions before MajorDomo carries them out on your behalf.
• Use MajorDomo only for lawful purposes.
• Keep your login credentials secure.

Approvals and actions taken on your behalf

MajorDomo will not take a significant action on a connected account (sending a message, making a booking, submitting a form, etc.) without first presenting it to you for approval, except where you have explicitly authorized a category of routine actions in advance.

Service availability

We aim to keep MajorDomo available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” basis during this founding member period. Features, task turnaround times, and availability may change as the product evolves.

Termination

You may stop using MajorDomo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MajorDomo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
