• Connected account data (email, calendar, or other integrations) that you explicitly authorize MajorDomo to access in order to complete tasks.
• Documents and files you upload so MajorDomo can prepare or complete a task.
• Conversations with MajorDomo, including chat history tied to tasks and events.
• Usage data, such as how you interact with the app, for reliability and improvement.

How we use your information

• To carry out the tasks you ask MajorDomo to complete.
• To route tasks that need human judgment to a trained expert on our side.
• To keep you updated on task progress and request your approval before key actions.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the reliability of the service.

Who can see your information

Your data is only used to complete the tasks you request. When a task requires a human expert, that expert sees only the information necessary to complete the specific task — never your full account or unrelated history. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your controls

• You can disconnect any connected account at any time from Settings.
• You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account.
• MajorDomo only takes action on your accounts with your explicit approval.
