MajorDomo connects to sensitive accounts — email, calendars, and documents — in order to act on your behalf. We treat that access as a responsibility, and design the system around minimizing risk at every step.

Encryption

• Data is encrypted in transit using TLS between your device and our servers.
• Data at rest is encrypted using bank-level encryption standards.
• Credentials for connected accounts are stored using secure, isolated storage — never in plain text.

Human-in-the-loop by design

MajorDomo only acts with your permission. Actions that matter — sending a message on your behalf, making a booking, or submitting a form — are surfaced for your review and approval before they happen.

Access controls

• Access to your data is limited to what is required to complete your active tasks.
• When a MajorDomo expert steps in to help, they see only the task-relevant context, not your full account.
• You can revoke access to any connected account at any time from Settings.
